Settings

This section provides an overview of the various tabs available in the Settings menu.

General

  • Account Details: view your account details, including your account name and email.

  • Sign Out: You can choose to sign out of your current session.

  • Sign Out on All Devices: If you want to ensure your account is secure, you have the option to sign out from all devices where your account is currently logged in.

Users

This section helps you manage your team’s access, assign roles, and invite new users to collaborate on campaigns and other tasks.

Inviting New Users

To invite new users to your VocBee account:

  1. Click the Invite People button.

  2. Fill in the user's information.

  3. Click Invite to send the invitation.

An invite email will be sent to the person with a link to activate their account. Once they activate it, they will appear in your users' list.

Resending an Invite

If a user has not yet accepted the invitation, you can resend the invite email:

  1. Find the user in the table on the Users tab.

  2. Click the Resend Invite button next to their name. The invite will be sent again to their email address.

Managing User Roles

Users in VocBee can be assigned one of two roles: Admin or Standard. Each role has specific permissions:

  • Admin Users: Can access billing details, purchase credits, subscribe to new agents manage other users and perform all tasks in VocBee.

  • Standard Users: Cannot access billing or make purchases, but they can participate in campaigns and other general account activities, like adding contacts and sending calls.

To change the role of an existing user:

  1. Locate the user in the Users table.

  2. Select the desired role (Admin or Standard) from the dropdown menu.

The role will be updated immediately, and the user’s permissions will change accordingly.

Deleting a User

Admins can remove users from the account if needed. To delete a user:

  1. Find the user you want to remove in the Users table.

  2. Click the Trash icon next to their name.

Once a user is deleted, they will no longer have access to your VocBee account.

Credits

  • Buy Credit Packs: purchase credit packs needed to make calls through VocBee. Choose the pack that suits your needs best.

VocBee bills calls pro-rated to the second and only charges for actual call time (dial time is excluded).

Agents

  • Subscribe to New Agents: You can choose from three types of agents: Inbound, Outbound, and Dual-track.

  • Manage Agents: Easily view and manage your existing agents, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Configure Inbound Details: For Inbound and Dual-track agents, you can configure the details related to incoming calls. This includes setting prompts and adjusting all relevant settings to optimize call handling.

Billing

  • Billing Portal: Open the billing portal to manage your subscriptions and payment methods. Here, you can:

    • Update your payment method (credit card)

    • Update your billing address

    • Download invoices and receipts for your records

  • Update Billing Details: In this tab, you can update your billing information, including company name, billing name, and billing email.
