Campaigns

Create and manage multiple personalized calling campaigns to reach out to a large number of contacts while maintaining a personal touch.

Overview

Campaigns in VocBee allow you to send multiple calls to different contacts simultaneously. Each campaign can be customized with unique settings to ensure that your outreach aligns with your objectives.

Create a Campaign

To get started, navigate to the Campaigns menu and click on the New Campaign button. Here, you will be prompted to provide the following details:

  • Campaign Name: Give your campaign a unique name for easy identification.

  • Settings: Customize the campaign settings using the same options available for a unique call, including agent selection, task instructions, voicemail messages, and more.

  • Contacts: Go to the menu -> Select contacts by clicking the checkboxes -> Click Add to Campaign and choose the relevant campaign in the dropdown menu.

  • Click Launch to start the Campaign.

Run Multiple Campaigns in Parallel

VocBee allows you to run multiple campaigns simultaneously. This feature is particularly useful for businesses that need to reach various audiences with different messaging strategies. Simply create separate campaigns with their unique settings and contacts.

Edit, Remove & Stop Campaigns

If you need to make adjustments to a campaign or remove it altogether, you can easily edit or delete campaigns from the Campaigns menu. To stop an active campaign, open a campaign and click the "Stop Campaign" button.

Active campaigns cannot be edited.
